Position Overview: Our client is looking for a junior SAP End User Support Analyst, to perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to provide support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP System. They will provide guidance on how to find solutions or answers to business requirements and business process design. They will help prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows; and work closely with end users on issue resolution. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of end user problems. Advocate and enforce applicable standards, policies, procedures, and best practices in the implementation and /or maintenance of application or application modules. Gather, analyze, and document the business rules and requirements from internal functional business units.
- Knowledge of at least one or several functional business areas including finance, purchasing, materials management, sales, warehousing, distribution, planning and scheduling, and manufacturing. *
- Demonstrated competency in SAP including; 1 year + SAP End User Experience
- Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the business -verbal, written, prepare and deliver presentations, prepare and conduct end user training sessions.
